The company is engaged as a manufacturer of beverages and other related products. It was established in 1895 and it has its registered head office in Spain which is specifically based in Haro. The company is an industrial firm that manufactures beverages and other related products. It has facilities, surrounded by vineyards; caters wine from different varieties grapes such as, tempranillo, garnacha tinta, mazuelo, graciano, viura, malvasÃa and garnacha blanca; and it purchase wines namely: barrel fermented white, cosechas, harvest selection, reserva, felix martinez lacuesta, gran reserva, reserva campeador, crianza, ventilla 71, and vermonth reserva. As part of its core business line, the company has bodega includes two dining-rooms, one for 85 and one for 35 diners, in incomparable surroundings with the Sierra Cantabria Mountains as a back-drop; and malo-lactic fermentation room, for 30 to 35 diners, for the exclusive and private use of its barrel-owners club; and provides menus leeks in vinaigrette, asparagus, 'delgadillas' (blood/black pudding chipolata sausages) with tomato, artichokes with prawns, artichokes in batter, spanish charcuterie, 'empañada' (small pastry patties filled with tuna), stuffed peppers, vermouth tasting, 'menestra de verduras' (stewed mixed vegetables), potatoes with chorizo sausage, 'pochas' (butter-beans) a la riojana, lamb chops with salad, lamb casserole with vegetables, lamb roast over a wood fire, grilled t-bone steak, free-range chicken casserole, hake in 'piquillo' pepper sauce, hake in batter with green peppers, 'torrijas' (french toast) with custard, 'fried milk (fried custard squares), coffee flan with rich dairy ice-cream, st mark's cake (sponge, cream, egg-yolk custard), and millefeuilles with hot chocolate sauce.
